Blueprint interface for creating brick properties

Add an interface for creating brick properties in Blueprints. Doing it in raw rust is a bit hard manually, and the customer links their example implementation: https://github.com/KoT3isGood/brickrust/blob/main/examples/custom_brick_properties.rs
