King of the Hill gamemode for Bricksville

Add a king of the hill gamemode to Bricksville. It would be a three teamed gamemode with one central point where whoever has the most players in that zone gains a point for their team, and teams with equal players in the zone would not get a point. The editors on Bricksville would need a rework for this specific gamemode, since there do not appear to be 3 editors equally distant from the main city; the suggestion is to add an editor at the factory north of the city.
