New wheels: rim types, tires, size adjustment and textures

Adding new wheels to the game.

Add new wheels to the game with the ability to choose the type of rims (stamped, alloy wheels, rims for motorcycles etc), tire, and advanced tire size adjustment. It would also be nice to overhaul and diversify the tire textures.
